Propaganda announced a competition on the 7th of Apil, supporting creative work in response to Covid-19 pandemic. Digital works and / or works of any other mediums of online representation were prioritized while evaluating the applications.
Iva Chitidze, a young cinematographer, won our competition with his project “Agmashenebeli 38.” The video observes one of the historical districts of Tbilisi for 10 years. The variability of street dwellers, urban organization and architecture tells the history of a developing country from different angles.
