“International Residency” is the main course of “Tbilisi residences”. Its purpose is to host artists, curators and art researchers living abroad and, as a result, to bring International artistic experiences to Georgia.
Working studios of residents are located in a building of Stamba Hotel (Stamba D Block); if accommodation is granted, the artist is usually placed within a walking distance from the studios.
While working at Stamba D Block, residents have the opportunity to network with colleagues and, in general, with various representatives of Georgian art scene; further, they can use different resources of Propaganda (neon and print workshop; consultations of curator, etc.)
The selection committee meets once in two months.
The applicants will be informed about the status of their application in respective time-frames and throughout 10 days after the meeting of the committee.
